130,150 mm diameter & 300mm working length of THE ROLLS SHOULD BE MADE FROM A HIGH GRADE TOOL STEEL TYPE AISI 4140 OR DIN 7225 hardened to 60 Rockwell C. and ground hard chrome plated diamond Finish Rollers (Mirror Finish) to an Rt value of 0.1 to 0.3 my. The rolls should have a cylindricity tolerance of around 5 my.

Roller speed:

One Variable Drive for both rollers so you can set any R.P.M. of both rollers . Digital read out for R.P.M. of both rollers.

Friction ratio:

Adjustable nip clearance :

4 mm to 0.2mm nip clearance. Digital read out of nip clearance will be provided.

Temp control of rollers :

Both rollers are separately heated directly by electrical (SLEEPRING HEATER) Programmable temperature controller for each roller. Maximum Temperature 280C. Sensor: PT100. 3 KW Heaters.

Cooling of the rollers :

By NORMAL COLLING SUPPLY individually for both the rollers.

Gearing materials :

Bull gears are made of EN-19 iron while the reduction gear is (CE MARKING) make helical gear & (CE MARKING) motor. Power: 3 H.P AC MOTOR 1 NO.

Electrical and controls :

AC DRIVE (ADLEE POWERTONIC CO. LTD.) CE MARKING motor and heaters are well protected by (PID TEMP. CONTROLLER SELECTRON PROCESS CONTROLS PVT. LTD CE MARKING)

Controls. Temperatures of rollers are displayed over dashboard

Separately. The timer is provided for the rollers, which can control the mastication time.

Emergency safety :

ONE NO. EMERGENCY SWITCH PROVIDED IN PANEL BOARD FOR STOP THE ROLL.
