Technical details of Machine
- Wire bar coatings: Coating thickness applied is controlled by the area of the groove between the coils of wire available in 8 different wet film thickness most suitable for auto film applicator.
- Bar applicator: Advantage of combining ease of use with 4 gap sizes in one unit i.e. 50, 100, 150 and 200 micron for best results it should only be used on solid substrates which are smooth like vacuum bad of auto film applicator or a glass plate.
- Masstone Scrapper: Handy and useful for opacity test material - stainless steel - 316 well machined and ground application blade.
- Draw Down Pad: Well ground and zinc plated aluminium base foam rubber sheet for uniform back pressure very useful for taking manual draw down with the help of wire bar coaters.
